When travelling to Kenya as a citizen of Austria, you must meet the following terms and requirements concerning visa, immigration procedures or maximum duration of stay.
Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.
Passengers with a machine-readable emergency or temporary passport.
A valid "East African Tourist Visa" issued by Rwanda or Uganda is accepted if the first country entered is the one which has issued the visa. The visa is valid for 90 days and for multiple entries/re-entries.

All passengers arriving from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone will be screened on Ebola. Passengers may be quarantined for further assessment.
Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay (at least USD 500.-) and documents for their next destination.
Visitors holding damaged passports or passport replacing documents will be refused entry.
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.
