When travelling to Congo, the Democratic Republic of the as a citizen of Germany, you must meet the following terms and requirements concerning visa, immigration procedures or maximum duration of stay.
Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for the period of intended stay.

Visitors are required to hold documents required for their next destination.
Passengers with a long term visa must hold an exit/re-entry visa. This does not apply to passengers with a Visa d'Etablissement Permanent (VEP).
When the number of entries is not specified, the visa is only valid for one entry.
Visitors not holding visas issued in the country of residence could be refused entry. Visas issued in another country will only be accepted when there is no embassy of Congo (Dem. Rep.) in the country of residence.
Visitors are not permitted to enter Congo (Dem. Rep.) on the date of expiry indicated on their visa. At the latest, the visa may be used one day before the date of expiry.
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.
