When travelling to Panama as a citizen of Germany, you must meet the following terms and requirements concerning visa, immigration procedures or maximum duration of stay.

Passport required

Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for a minimum of 3 months from the arrival date.

Additional Information

Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds of at least USD 500.- per person to cover their stay (e.g. in the form of cash (USD only), traveler's cheques, major credit cards).

Visitors must hold return/onward tickets. Exempt are those born in Panama, provided holding a National ID Card or a Birth Certificate issued by Panama.
